Independent

Sencap’s structure allows it to provide clients with completely unbiased and objective advice. A fully aligned model characterized by the following features.

  • Sencap is not a bank-owned dealer or affiliated with any institution and therefore not motivated to a particular product or funder solution.
  • Sencap does not manage its own competing debt funds, thus ensuring it will always seek the most competitive, optimal funder for its clients.
  • Sencap is an adviser and arranger engaged by its clients for its clients - and is not a broker paid by lenders.
