Sencap Partners Inc. (Sencap) is pleased to announce that Cil Mariano has joined its Toronto office as Analyst, Marketing & Operations. In this role, Cil will lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy, support business development initiatives, and assist with the firm’s operational needs.

Cil brings more than 11 years of global experience across research, marketing, business development, communications and administration. She has worked with international organizations based in the Philippines in sectors such as outsourcing, online retail, consulting, law, marketing and not-for-profit. Prior to joining Sencap, Cil worked as a communications assistant at Humber Polytechnic.

Working closely with Sencap’s management team, Cil will be responsible for developing and executing the firm’s overall marketing strategy, including social media and website content, while also supporting client-focused activities.

She holds postgraduate certificates in Analytics for Business Decision-Making from George Brown College and in Professional Writing & Communications from Humber Polytechnic. She also earned a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with a certificate in Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
