Vincent Li Joins Sencap’s Toronto Office

Toronto, Ont. – Sencap Partners Inc. (Sencap) is pleased to announce that Vincent Li has joined its Toronto office as Associate, Portfolio Management. In this role, Vincent will act as the Portfolio Manager and Administrative Agent for closed Sencap project financings. Vincent will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, administering loan advances and draws, handling client requests, completing periodic investment reviews, and maintaining investment documentation and collateral.

Vincent joins the Sencap team with over five years of experience in corporate credit servicing, structured finance credit ratings, syndicated loan administration, and credit risk assessment. Vincent’s experience spans technology and commercial real estate sectors.

Before joining Sencap, Vincent maintained credit ratings on portfolios of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) at DBRS Morningstar. He also held a key role in corporate banking at The Bank of Nova Scotia, where he monitored credit portfolios, coordinated loan closings, and managed loan administration for bilateral and syndicated corporate loans.

“We are very excited to have Vincent join Sencap, where he will work closely with the Investment Origination team, assisting with the closing of financing transactions — while also playing a key role as liaison and relationship manager for Sencap’s valued clients,” said Omer Malik, president at Sencap.
