Sencap Closes Excelligent Care’s $82.4M Project Financing for Its Milton Long-Term Care Home Development

TORONTO, Ont. – Sencap Partners Inc. (Sencap) is pleased to announce the closing of an $82.4-million senior-secured private placement project financing for the development of Excelligent Care’s (Excelligent) Milton Long Term Care home. This project, supported by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care, consists of the development and construction of a192-bed long-term care (LTC) home in Milton, Ont.

The Excelligent Milton LTC project is a milestone initiative, as the first long-term care home in Ontario designed to address the needs of the Muslim community. This project would not have been possible without the financing solutions provided by Sencap Partners, who supported us from the application stage through to securing financing and ultimately bringing this vision to life. Excelligent’s first LTC facility will also feature 32-bed Resident Home Areas (RHAs) dedicated to accommodating the cultural and religious needs of the growing Muslim community.
