Khator Joins Sencap Toronto Office

Sencap Partners Inc. (“Sencap”) is pleased to announce the addition of Nitish Khator to its Toronto office. Nitish will join Sencap as “Associate – Investment Origination”, assisting the Sencap team with all aspects of debt and equity investment origination.  

Nitish comes to Sencap with nearly 10 years of experience, spanning project finance, investment banking, and software development. Previous roles in his career included over 7 years in investment banking, including 5 years at SBI Capital Markets Limited in India, where Nitish focused on project finance debt advisory, financial modelling, mergers & acquisitions, and investment banking advisory mandates across power, oil & gas, fertilizer, textile, agri-business, hospitality, and real estate sectors. Prior to investment banking, Nitish spent nearly 2 years with Infosys Limited as a software systems engineer, where he was involved in the development and integration of new software systems.

Nitish will be based in the Toronto office and will be responsible for assisting the Investment Origination team with financial modelling and transaction due diligence and execution. Nitish has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharashi Dayanand University and a Master in Business Administration (Finance) degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
