Toronto, Ont. – Sencap Partners Inc. (Sencap) is pleased to have acted as exclusive financial advisor and debt arranger for the $56.2-million senior-secured private placement project financing of Clare McFaul Long-Term Care home. Supported by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care, this project involves the development and construction of a 128-bed long-term care (LTC) home in Madoc, Ont.
The average wait time for admission to LTC homes in the Eastern region of Ontario is 252 days for individuals transitioning from the community.1 The Clare McFaul LTC home development, being developed and operated by Universal Care Canada Inc. (UCCI), will help reduce these wait times and address the LTC bed shortage for the Madoc community. Sencap is honoured to have supported the project sponsors and UCCI in bringing this project to fruition.
UCCI is a well-established leader in health care and senior living, with a reputation for excellence, integrity and innovation. Its core focus includes delivering quality care and services across LTC, supportive housing, independent and assisted living, and memory care settings.
