Sencap Closes Comfort Life Network’s $36.3M Project Financing for Its Villa Belle Vie Inc. Long-Term Care Home Development

Toronto, Ont. – Sencap Partners Inc. (Sencap) is pleased to announce the closing of a $36.3-million senior-secured private placement project financing for Comfort Life Network’s (CLN) Villa Belle Vie Inc. long-term care (LTC) home in Bathurst, N.B. Sencap acted as exclusive financial advisor and debt arranger for this project, which involves the development and construction of a 60-bed LTC home facility.

CLN’s Bathurst LTC home development will help address the critical shortage of LTC beds in smaller NB communities by providing a smaller home that offers a community feel and the right capacity for the area. Sencap is honoured to have supported CLN by providing an innovative financing solution for this important project serving the Acadian community.
